Well, after some deliberation, I finally decided on this weeks ingredients.
Protein: Ground Bison
Veggie: Portabella Mushrooms
Other: Asagio Cheese
What I'm going to make: I've decided on Bison burgers, with sliced portabella mushrooms. Homemade potato buns, baked with grated asagio cheese sprinkled on top. I'm also going to try a new thing for me, but not with "new" ingredients. I'm going to make homemade french fries too! When I told my friend Robbie what I was going to make this week, her response was "What time is dinner?" LOL! So, I think I'm going to have an extra mouth for dinner this week, I just hope that I don't disappoint!
I'm also looking for some suggestions for ingredients, if you guys have any ideas!
